- Bookings and Cancellations: To book a photography session, please contact us at least two weeks in advance. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the session. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.
- Pricing and Payment: Our pricing is subject to change without notice. We accept payment by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Full payment is due on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
- Copyright and Usage: All photographs taken by our photographers are copyrighted and remain the property of our Photo Robot Studio. We grant clients a personal, non-commercial license to use the photos for their own purposes. Clients may not sell or license the photos to third parties without our prior written consent.
- Liability and Insurance: Our Photo Robot Studio carries liability insurance to protect our clients and our equipment. However, we are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that occurs during a photography session. Clients are responsible for their own insurance and should take appropriate precautions to protect themselves and their property.
